Return

If you receive an item in question, for example, a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number and the product condition with photos within 3 days of delivery to obtain permission for return. Please note that unapproved returns may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with a RPM(Return Permission Mail) and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged or defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item. Once we conclude that the problem is based on our fault, you will receive KpopOcean shell(KpopOcean Store Credit) as compensation for the item in question.

Liability

If the goods KpopOcean delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, KpopOcean shall have no liability to you unless you notify KpopOcean in writing by email at the KpopOcean contact address of the problem within 3 days of the delivery of goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 20 business days of purchase date, KpopOcean shall have no liability to you unless you notify KpopOcean in writing by email at the KpopOcean contact address of the problem within 30 business days of purchase date

If you notify a problem to KpopOcean under this condition, KpopOcean's only obligation will be, at its option: to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. KpopOcean will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to KpopOcean under this condition and KpopOcean shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
